Strength training has always been a passion of mine and I have found it very useful during my career in the security field. I like to compete in strength competitions, so staying in good physical shape and taking care of my body, body mentally and physically, is important to me. I have learned that this passion translates very well into the security field.
Mental training is also something I've come to enjoying doing. I've recently completed the 75 hard challenge and I'm always looking for ways to push myself further.
Even though I have no background in military, I do attended training events open to civilians whenever possible. These events include First Responders/Self Responder, Pistol and Carbine courses, and long rucking events.
