As a Deput Sr. Investigator I lead a team of four investigators.  I am responsible for assisting team members with compiling investigatory information for OPS Investigative Report completion and presentation. Additionally, I am tasked with preliminary Investigative Report review/approval. As a Deputy Sr. Investigator I serve as an OPS/ Cleveland Police union liaison.

• As an Investigator for the Office of Professional Standards, I am tasked with investigating non-criminal(administrative) complaints against sworn/non-sworn employees of the Cleveland Division of Police.
• Methods of investigation include but are not limited to, evidence collection, in-person interviews, and police body camera review.
• Prepare detailed investigative reports outlining findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Manage multiple simultaneous investigations while maintaining strict confidentiality and integrity.

• As a University Heights Patrolman, I was responsible for the enforcement of city and state ordinances, that when done successfully improved the quality of life of residents of the city of University Heights.
• Documented incidents, filed reports, and testified in court as needed.
• Investigated suspicious activities, accidents, and complaints to gather information and evidence.
• Collaborated with other law enforcement agencies and first responders to coordinate efforts and enhance community safety.

• As a Patrol Officer I was tasked with maintaining civil order in the city of Cleveland Heights, through traffic control, criminal investigation, community relations.
• Worked with city youth in criminal diversion capacity, as a member of the Cleveland Heights Police Community Response Team.
• Collaborated with other law enforcement agencies and community organizations to address ongoing public safety concerns and promote positive relationships within the community.
• Investigated and documented incidents such as accidents, thefts, and disturbances, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses as needed.
• Document all activities and incidents accurately in detailed reports for use in legal proceedings and investigations.
• Build positive relationships with residents and businesses through community engagement and outreach programs
