  • Trained many computer repair technicians to competently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair laptop and desktop computers. Wrote documentation and training manuals for the technicians.
  • Wrote FAQs for Do-it-Yourselfers on a Computer Repair website.
  • Built an Internet Network to provide WiFi Access to 150 shop owners and merchants at a Discount Mall, to reduce AT&T/Comcast Business internet services. Each merchant paid a monthly fee to connect to the wifi network provided inside the mall. The wifi access network was built with 12 internet modem hotspots and 10 commercial routers. Each router could control up to 20 MAC hardware addresses while also allowing a wide range of functionalities that controlled the permissions of the connected computers, laptops, and tablets. I also provided technical support for my wifi network users.
