This effort included cultivating collaboration, providing the team vision, managing the engineer's assignments and the schedule allocated for all proposal activities.

• Engineering Control System Test Lead.

Solely responsible for leading the test schedule, developing acceptance procedures, and supervising the verification of multiple builds for shipboard updates. Received positive customer feedback for significantly reducing product errors and improving the overall deliverable quality.

• Training Instructor

Responsible for instructing the United States Navy fleet personnel on the capabilities and features of the Engineering Control System product. Provided detailed system information and instruction for eight hours a day over a two-week period.

• Hybrid Electric Drive – Engineering Propulsion System (HED-EPS) Requirements Manager.

Performed requirements analysis, allocation, and derivation for the HED-EPS program while maintaining a full-time role as the primary ECS test lead.

• Systems Lead, Machinery Control System

Lead engineer responsible for four direct reports for the system architectural design, functional requirements, hardware design, test plan, and procedures.

• Release Manager, Integrated Bridge System.

Lead engineer responsible for managing the schedule, cost, and development of the system architectural design and functional requirements. Planned, organized, and guided the engineering team along the critical path to achieve an on-time and on-budget release delivery.

• Integrated Bridge System, Modeling, and Simulation Cost Account Manager (CAM)

Responsible for managing the program schedule and a budget of over $600k for Non-Recurring Engineering to develop a simulation. Created program work breakdown structures and task lists for the engineering team, and reported earned value metrics to senior leadership.

• Task Manager for multiple complex projects in support of NAVSEA technical codes in the areas of damage control and machinery control.

• Supervised a division of weapon technicians responsible for the requisition, handling, and inventory of ordnance on all STARK’s complex weapon systems.
• Primary assistant in the planning and execution of multiple ship gunnery exercises conducted in preparation for deployment. Direct contributor to STARK’s safe and successful exercises.

• Held four different management positions in the US Navy, each one supervising over 20 enlisted personnel. As a Division Officer, ultimately responsible for department manning, overall training and readiness of the personnel, and the daily operation and maintenance of their associated equipment.
• Repair and Damage Control Division Officer, USS JOHN F. KENNEDY
• Primary duty consisted of supervising 100 enlisted personnel responsible for all welding, machining, and repair services to the ship. Secondary duty was acting as the senior member of the Ship’s Damage Control Training Team.

• Responsible for the prevention and control of fire, flooding, and battle damage to the entire ship. Spearheaded development and implementation of an improved command Damage Control training program, which led to a significant increase in personnel knowledge and command mission readiness according to the Fleet Training
