  • Confirm at start of day all materials are available and in the correct order.

  • End of shift meet with incoming shift and hand down all known issues, state of materials, and state of operations.
  • Other duties include maintaining a clean work area, following 5S standards, and troubleshooting any issues that arise within the operation.

  • Powering down and locking out equipment.
  • Opening the coater and removing and replacing parts.
  • Operating overhead cranes and other tools to assist with large and heavy parts.
  • Cleaning inside the machine including hazmat (lithium) removal and disposal. Coordinating with health and safety to consolidate and remove all lithium contaminated materials.
