Work History
Maintenance Technician
10 Years 8 Months- I am a plant maintenance technician that is responsible for testing plant equipment if a machine goes down. Whether electrical or mechanical and determine what is needed to repair the machine with no supervision . Job duties include ordering parts and insure we have inventory of some parts.
Maintenance Tester
6 Months- My job was to ensure the operation of the facility , with no supervision.
Industrial Electrician
7 Months- I was responsible for testing all computerized systems in the plant when needed, this included ordering parts. Also had to test and maintain boards, along with 480 volt, 240 volt and 120 volt systems with no supervision.
Maintenance/Electrician
1 Year 8 Months- Investigated warranty claims. Had to fill out reports to the company on why the mining equipment failed so the law firm could complete the claims if warranty work was justified.
Truck Electrician
9 Months- Helped to maintain a fleet of the first 360E Komatsu electric haul trucks. Was a certified MSHA electrician for the state of Wyoming. Trained new electricians.
Technician
3 Years 5 Months- Helped to build the first 10 Komatsu 360 ton electric haul trucks at the Narm mine in Gillette Wyoming. Gillette had GE and Siemens drive systems. Also had to Service 930 E's at the Black Thunder mine located in Gillette Wyoming also. Responsibilities included electrical, hydraulic and mechanical repairs of equipment. It was my responsibility to order parts then complete the repairs. Then after the repairs were complete. I had to file a report as to the repairs that were made. The report included pictures, plc downloads and why this work needed to be done on this piece of equipment. Also spent time in the shop testing and rebuilding DC motors and components. Did some work on excavators.

4 Years 3 Months- Helped to maintain and repair Terex's 360 ton electric trucks at a mine in Gillette Wyoming. Able to test electrical components then install parts like high voltage alternators. Experienced in hydraulic systems troubleshooting and rebuilding hydraulic cylinders. Had to write a report to the company so they could bill the customers.

9 Years 2 Months- Operated a computerized plant that produced phosphate rock. I helped to control the plant chemical inventory . Also had to figure cost per ton of material.. Filled in as a supervisor .Then was awarded a job in maintenance .

Also operated an 10 million ton phosphate plant . Became a supervisor where my duties included filling out time cards , writing reportsation of 4 different plants, along with 15 people. Had to write daily reports, also work orders, shipping tickets. Had to fill out employee time cards, along with their evaluations. Also had to conduct daily safety meetings. Ordered parts and materials for the functions of the plants.
