
Service-Assist General Motors dealerships with General Motors vehicles. I'm dedicated to delivering positive customer experience to promote and build a strong rapport. My task include but not limited to communicating with GM Escalation teams, GM System Matter Experts, GM dealership technician among other dealership employees, my job coordinators, viewing and understanding electrical schematics, diagnosing and repairs of, Onstar systems, Over the Air Updates, radios systems, rear seat infotainment systems, electrical systems, and assisting dealers with programming vehicle modules. I'm very familiar with using OnStar Global Advisor Application (GAA), Mobile App Trouble Codes on Advisor Forms and Tools Forms, Cisco IoT Control Center (Jasper), GM Service Information (SI), GM Global Warranty Management among other General Motors Applications. I'm skilled at correcting OnStar no connections, OnStar Global Positioning (GPS) issues, OnStar data connections, OnStar wifi issues, and vehicle Over the Air Update issues.
I'm certified in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) areas of, T6R-Medium/Heavy Truck Electrical/Electronic Systems, B5R-Mechanical & Electrical Components, A6R-Electrical/Electronic Systems, and A5R-Brakes.
