  • I have been the Acting Supervisory Detention and Deportation Officer (SDDO) in the CAP program in Los Angeles Staging Facility, the San Bernardino Sub-Office, and Detained Docket in Cibola County Correctional Center, Milan NM.
  • As the Acting SDDO I assured the legal sufficiency for cases to be presented to the Executive Office of Immigration Review and signed all documents as the SDDO.
  • I organized shift work to be completed and created shift schedules.
  • I have written Significant Incident Reports (SIR’s) when they were required to report incidents with aliens.
  • As a Deportation Officer while preforming Criminal Alien Program duties I have reviewed information as it pertains to alien’s current immigration status, reviewed evidence as to the alien’s current legal immigration status, and gathered information that is relevant to an aliens claim to U.S. citizenship.
  • Aliens believed to be out of status or present in the U.S. illegally I prepared and issued warrants of arrest brought in from information gained from local law enforcement and arrested these aliens.
