I used to just work and come home since out of  high school. Made me feel like i was wasting my life away. One of my friends convinced me to go to a free class. I loved it from then on. reminded me of when i did wrestling in high school. It helped me stay in good shape and mentally more happy. It was tough and painful at times but it is good discipline and i got to meet lots of great people .
