● Manage database migration, conversion and compliance with client’s contractors and municipalities
● Handle EC2, RDS and S3 Integration on On-Prem Servers with IIS and media storage.
● Actively balancing tickets, client follow up, SAS licensing, peer communication and live calls.

• Troubleshoot CCTV-truck operations, including database and hardware issues.
• Ensure compliance with inspection regulations and create technical documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to optimize pipeline maintenance operations.

Evaluate student work, provide accurate and clear reports on grading
