Volunteer Work
Served as a volunteer for Feeding South Florida during the pandemic in the quad-county service area while working my full-time job for the Department of Homeland Security. I played a vital part in their COVID-19 response operations by volunteering to help distribute fresh produce and non-perishable food to over 800,000 individuals during critical period of the pandemic. My service was greatly appreciated and I was recognized with a Letter of Appreciation. More important, taking in all the smiling faces and a great team of volunteers to work with.
