Ensure garages and surface lots are maintained and cleaned on a daily basis.

Responsible for general maintenance of the garage surface lots-sweeping ,wiping down surfaces and equipment, emptying trash,picking up trash, changing light bulbs, painting etc.

promote good customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, cando attitude, and willingness to help at all times.

Receive and correctly processed both written and verbal instructions, prints and work orders.

Obtained appropriate tooling and fixures

Disassembled, reassembled and corrected changeover.

Repainted and precisely touched up components and assemblies.

Built all rooms in building, made sure they were painted, floors stripped and waxed, added electrical plugs as needed, repaired tarps as needed.

Made sure building was swept, floors were moped where needing, restrooms were clean, along with parking lot pick up before opening time.

Planned and paced work efficiently in order to meet daily/weekly projects or production goals.

Observed all safety policies and procedures.

Preventive maintenance on all walk-in freezer and coolers with minor a/c repair.

Correctly and safely used a varietys of hand tools, saws and cutting equipment to carry out job duties.
