In July 2018, I started training for the bus license. As of the first of August, I had obtained my commercial license. My first job was to drive to the elementary kindergarten to the 8th grade. I got used to their names and behavior. Then I had to bring two young children on the handicap van to their school, two excellent children with whom I had no problem (Peppie and Gerry). Then I moved to the high school bus for the last three years, great young adults. Always polite and respectful, I have had some disciplinary issues, but they were very minor. Being respectful to the students, letting them know what I expected of them on the bus ride, and being respectful to the point that they understand their behavior is brought on by their decision regarding the rules of being on the bus.
