- Direct interaction with individual customers. I was in charge of 6 mobile service technicians. We would travel from Ohio to Delaware or Indiana New York. Kentucky, Maine, Virginia, in pennsylvania, driving from rail yard to rail yard. I would be gone for 7 to 14 days at a time.
