  • Assist pathologists with autopsies including full evisceration. Well versed with a wide range of cases including natural deaths, homicides (stabbing, GSW, poisoning, decapitation, blunt force, suffocation, and neglect), suicides (ligature hanging, GSW, jumping, overdose, and carbon monoxide poisoning), traffic accidents, drownings, SUIDS cases, oversized cases up to 800 pounds, and work related accidents. Able to perform more advanced techniques including open sphenoid sinus, remove entire spine and spinal cord, remove eyes with optic nerves, and remove hardware such as pacemakers and knee replacements.
  • Assist outside pathologist with autopsies for in-custody and officer involved cases
  • Package, label, and seal toxicology specimens and evidence
