  • Jesse has done a nice job of working in an efficient manner. He works to the dispatch start dates to keep assemblies moving throughout the shop. He does a good job finishing deliverables on time through the work center. Jesse has been very flexible supporting all platforms coming through the paint shop.

His determination to learn new Silkscreen operations led me to believe he will be successful in assisting NGSW Assembly operations this year. I’d like to challenge Jesse to build his leadership skills, continue his education and strive to grow within the department. He is a loyal and valuable member of the team and his experience is a key factor to the success of daily operations. Keep up the great work!
  • Jesse has surpassed expectations laid out for operators this year through is high level of performance. He picks up new tasks quickly and able to work independently with little supervision. Jesse was a huge help when coating the NGSW for delivery schedules and willing to work overtime when needed.
