Performed assembly, inspection, diagnosis and repair of complex sub, and top-level electromechanical HSTA components in a production environment for multiple jet airframe platforms. Including Gulfstream, Airbus, Boeing and Embreaer. Reading/following engineering drawings and instructions while adhering to strict quality standards and tight delivery schedules. Use of precision measuring and assembly tools as well as hydraulic presses, cranes, and other various power tools. Handling of liquid nitrogen and hazardous chemicals/sealants. Set standard for cleanliness and organization in the shop which was used across entire IPT as an example for 5s challenge. Streamlined processes and increased overall productivity/work flow.

RTA (1 yr):

Acting Area Specialist, tasked with assembly of electromechanical 3D weather radar antenna units (multiple product lines). Support of team and processes to ensure proper work flow and on time delivery of product. Maintenance and repair of multiple fixtures, assembly aids and tooling. Use of precision measuring tools and drill press, cutting, grinding equipment. Streamlined assembly/production processes and increased daily output capability by over 500%

Modification and troubleshooting/repair of automotive platforms with a focus on performance and forced induction/turbocharging along with engine management and fuel system tuning/calibration. Engine and transmission building, and chassis/suspension modification. Responsible for customer relations, scheduling of work, and on time completion of work.

Responsible for all business operations. Including but not limited to: Management and scheduling of employees, Payroll, Customer Relations, Advertising/marketing, and web design. Managing Boat Club memberships and all regular communications with Members (approximately 125) and personally scheduling their use of the watercraft, Scheduling daily rental use of watercraft (non-club members), Maintaining fleet of approximately 30 watercraft for service readiness and scheduling of all maintenance for fleet, Completing repairs and upgrades of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and structural systems of watercraft along with performing basic/routine preventative maintenance. Purchasing and sales of watercraft and all business related supplies. Training/instruction of employees. During time as General Manager club membership grew by 100% and streamlined processes and increased efficiency in all areas of the business.

Porsche Technician holding multiple certifications. Proficient in the diagnosis and repair of any and all Porsche (and general automotive) systems/platforms. Extensive knowledge of performance applications and modifications and the installation/setup of aftermarket systems and components.
