With over 25 years of extensive experience in law enforcement and correctional services, I have effectively served as an Associate Warden, for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, where I was responsible for the management of correctional facilities across a spectrum of security levels, including Maximum, High, Medium, and Low Institutions and witness protection (WITSEC). This role required a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges and operational protocols associated with each facility type. My expertise encompasses a robust skill set in conflict resolution, emergency management, and community engagement, enabling me to navigate complex situations with poise. I excel in high-pressure environments, where I implement strategic planning and coordination to enhance safety standards, ensuring a secure atmosphere for both staff and inmates. Additionally, I have demonstrated a history of training and developing correctional officers, focusing on fostering operational excellence. This includes designing and delivering training programs that equip personnel with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
