Initially, I was hired for apartment renovations, remodels, and major construction work. I would install cabinetry redo Plumbing electrical trim work and refinish woodwork. But I also done all the preventative maintenance, kitchen appliances, air handlers, rooftop units, hot water, boilers, and cooling tower, and your standard upkeep on the resident rooms. Along with that I would also do major plumbing repairs like water leaks, main drain line, leaks and work with contractors on things that were out of my realm.

Start out the job by laying out elevation on the concrete peers for the bleacher to sit on. I would next unload the semi and sort out all the material consisted of reading blueprints and pretty much putting together a big giant wrecker set. Also consisted of fabricating troubleshooting and making things work. And also meeting a deadline. And running a crew of 2 to 6 men.
