For Fun - Fun Facts:
I left college for the job I am currently excelling in. When my boss hired me she was the sole director and owner. She took me on and we quickly expanded into multiple states. I hired on our next director who was at one time a client turned into my assistant, and then director. I trained her and now she is the State Director for Texas. The company has grown to a national level by the roots that my boss and I planted and has thrived. We now have 14 directors in almost 20 states and plan to try to get to every state over time. I'd say we are projected to hit that mark within 10 years. I work from home, aside my events that are about 4-6 per season, with 3 seasons. I recently hired another director who now covers Wisconsin.
