Provide direct patient care and comprehensive reproductive health care services as a prenatal and family planning clinician, as well as provide leadership for the prenatal program. Train and oversee licensed and non-licensed staff, and maintain quality assurance standards. Work in close collaboration with Contra Costa County MDs to ensure quality care is provided to prenatal patients. Strengthen partnership with the Perinatal Equity Initiative with the aim of improving care and birth outcomes for black mothers. Organize and co-lead meetings with the prenatal manager.

Work as a clinician to provide a variety of reproductive health care services including prenatal, family planning and contraceptive care, early pregnancy evaluations/ultrasound, well person exams, breast problems, health/STI screening, acute/urgent gynecological and genitourinary visits.
