  • Led portfolio-wide assortment optimization and space strategy for Publix, balancing innovation and core productivity to improve shelf efficiency and item performance:
  • $3M incremental NPS (YR 1) with expansion of Morsels set (2022).
  • Achieved temporary dual location of baking milks as we transformed the baking aisle to meet shopper expectations (2023).
  • Drove new side dish category creation, generating $4M in incremental sales with acceptance of all Nestle side dish SKUs (2023).
  • Publix implemented an ethnic segment in SS Meals and separate 2 door vertical blocking for SS pizza based on my recommendations (2025).
  • Positioned Nestle as a trusted category thought partner to Publix by translating shopper and category insights into actionable recommendations across the 4 Ps, strengthening retailer engagement and significantly expanding in-person collaboration.
  • Elevated promotional effectiveness by partnering with CAMs to assess category performance drivers and sharpen promotion strategy and recommendations, enabling incremental seasonal displays (baking milks), reduced ad stacking (pizza) and more disciplined BOGO execution across Total Frozen.

Pizza:

  • Led commercialization of DiGiorno Croissant during COVID disruption, delivering $40M in NPS and 64% ACV in year one, to include securing permanent distribution at WM through early buy-in during supply-constrained negotiations. (True North Award)
  • Optimized Pizza MBP process by leveraging best practices from Snacking to provide clarity to ownership of information as well as identified data points to bring into the meeting to clearly and concisely communicate what is working or not working.
  • Made critical portfolio and supply decisions during COVID, including managing a pause list, allocations, and discontinuation of ~30% of DiGiorno SKUs to mitigate substantial distribution implications by retailers.

Snacking:

  • Launched Stromboli at Sam’s and quickly adapted this success by working with the cross-functional team to create a price pack architecture solution for all channels which provided over $17M of incremental sales in 2019 and enabled the preservation of shelf space due to Lean Pocket manufacturer discontinuations. (True North Award Recipient)
  • Led the conversation with Kroger team throughout CCO negotiations and engaged cross functional teams to create a share winning plan for 2020. (Pre-COVID NNS +4.9% vs -3.3% 2019)

Strategic Growth Channels:

  • Successfully partnered with TAG for Crispy Pan 8ct case to gain distribution in Value channel as well as created Value exclusives resulting in incremental distribution and accelerated share growth within the channel.
  • Exhibited agility to mitigate a $2M volume loss due to inability to deliver on a Sam’s pizza rotation by working through unconventional methods with cross-function teams to include the Solon factory, Supply Chain and Deployment to provide Sam’s a Crispy Pan rotation instead.
  • Organized Club and Value Immersion Sessions as well as Costco Innovation Summit to lead cross-functional teams to a better understanding of how to win with these customers.

  • Secured incremental distribution for Tombstone, DiGiorno and Stouffer’s through a freezer end-cap rollout across 1,000 stores.
