• Led the development and implementation of a statewide monitoring and support framework for Florida VPK Provider on Probation (POP) schools, partnering with Education and other stakeholders to address changes in state accountability requirements.
• Collaborated to develop an early-risk identification methodology that enabled proactive intervention and improvement planning months before official state performance notifications were released.
• Partnered directly with leaders at 16 schools to develop individualized improvement plans, monitor progress, and provide ongoing coaching and accountability support.
