
Work 1:1 with patients in clinic settings | Consistently implement treatment plans and prepare program materials; treatment protocols that include a wide variety of domains such as toilet training, communication, social, and adaptive living skills | Collect and maintain accurate skill acquisition and behavior reduction data and clinical notes utilizing data collection software | Review and implement consultation/supervision note recommendations | Participate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings, as required | Assist with parent training and clinical assessments, as needed | Communicate appropriately and effectively with the BCBA, colleagues and families, as needed regarding learner's progress
Supervise and assist elderly, ill or disabled clients | Perform household chores depending on needs, including doing the dishes, washing laundry, making up beds, vacuuming | Prepare meals and shop for client needs | Assure clients take the right medications on schedule and monitor them for any concerning symptoms | Schedule appointments
Utilizes an automated scheduling system to maintain a calendar of services for both episodic and per visit customers | Processes workflow for requested scheduled, missed, rescheduled, reassigned, declined, and delivered visits | Monitors pending referrals daily and assigns licensed professional and case manager for all start of care visits | Communicates daily with field staff regarding any visits unaddressed in late, pending, or incomplete status for resolution as appropriate.
