Began employment as a Data Entry Operator. I input new customers' information for home security systems. Called and verified police, fire, and medical jurisdictions. In 2002, I was promoted to Senior Operator.
In 2004 I transferred to the Service Department and worked in the call center queue handling 15-20 calls per hour.
I was promoted 6 months later to a Regional Assistant Manager. My duties included getting updates on all open work orders for customers needing service on their home security systems in seven states and assigning the work orders to dealers.
I took inbound calls from technicians on a daily basis to provide approval for additional work that was needed and was not included on the original work order and authorized monies they could spend.
I was responsible for resolving any billing issues for the dealers and correcting it for payment.
In 2007 I transferred to the Accounting Department where I then processed billing for dealers. I input and processed invoices and stayed ahead of schedule with a two to three day turn- around time to get dealers paid out of a seven day standard.

I went into the Mortgage industry with no experience, but learned quickly and was employed for twelve years which eventually led to being the top Funder for two years straight out of the CA and TX offices. I am an extremely loyal employee and have only worked at two companies since I was seventeen years old due to that loyalty.
