Packing:

• Packed, vacuum sealed, and labeled all cuts of meat.
• Sliced bacon and thin sliced beef.
• Took meat temperatures to assure they were withing the correct range for USDA inspection.
• Ground all beef, pork, and lamb.
• Seasoned all meat for production.
• Assured all packages were the correct weight.
• Ran product including loose sausage, sausage links, sausage patties, and ground beef.

• Selected car parts for orders, placed them in a tub and sent them down a conveyer belt for packing.
• Unloaded trucks, broke down pallets and stocked shelves.
• Verified proper labeling and identification on all orders before shipment.
• Worked at a fast pace to meet daily picking quotas.
• Followed all orders precisely for correct items, sizes and quantities.
