  • Gathered, organized, and analyzed school wide testing and benchmark data on student needs and progress decreasing the percentage of students in Tier 2 and 3 to less than 5%.
  • Developed Teacher Toolbox to provide teachers with professional development in high impact Tier 1 interventions to improve instruction, behavior, and attendance resulting in an improvement in benchmark scores schoolwide doubling growth in grades K-5.
  • Presented Teacher Toolbox to CCSD principals at SIC meeting which resulted in coaching other schools on the implementation of Teacher Toolbox.
  • Served as PBIS chair improving school wide behavior, designed a sensory room for students, created service projects and peer buddies, and built school morale for teachers and students.
