• Shadowed physician assistants (PAs) and physicians in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit observed the management of critically ill patients, including trauma and post-operative neurosurgical cases. Gained exposure to clinical decision-making, advanced procedures, patient evaluations, and multidisciplinary rounds. This experience highlighted the vital role of PAs in acute care settings, and deepened my understanding of collaborative, team-based medicine.

• Ensuring patient comfort and safety during treatment.

• Trained new employees on safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Managed inventory levels and restocked supplies as needed.
