• Medical/Surgical: Assisted with Activities of Daily Living, medication administration, catheterization, IV administration and obtained vital signs for patients admitted with acute illnesses, pre-op and post-op patients, surgery, cardiology, gastroenterology, diabetes education.
• Psychiatry: Monitored and observed patients in a 26-bed inpatient unit for adults with acute psychiatric needs. Participated in group and recreational therapies.
• Labor & Delivery: Worked within Maternity Care Unit and gained experience in antepartum, labor, delivery, post-partum and mother-baby care.
• Pediatrics: Treated ambulatory patients in family practice with clinical preceptorship.
• Additional 30 hours completed in Emergency Room, CCU, RRT, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, areas at Hackensack Meridian Health JFK Medical Center.
