- Briefed Commanders from Company to Brigade level on the capabilities of the H2F team and collaborated to identify and prioritize lines of effort
- Established group programming in domains of sleep optimization and stress management skills to maximize Soldier readiness
- Acted as H2F OT Base Lead, providing communication, direction, and mentorship to 14 Occupational Therapy practitioners
- Oversaw and managed 3 military and 6 civilian clinical personnel
- Completed Occupational Therapy evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatment interventions with William Beaumont beneficiaries including active duty soldiers, family members, and retirees
- Implemented performance improvement project to reduce incidence of No-Shows and reduce lost revenue to the organization
- Supported adherence to Joint Commission guidelines and strategic guidance to promote patient safety and readiness
- Expanded OT services to in-patient behavioral health, thereby increasing OT scope and facilitating necessary services to promote return to duty
