1. Keep daily records of attendance.
2. Receive and document all leave request forms/ approvals.
3. Obtain daily substitutes, inform each school of call-offs prior to start of the school day.
4. Complete SEA transportation assignments and obtain sub, if needed.
5. Keep updated records of transportation involving SEA assignments
6. Print sign-in and sign-off sheets for in-service Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training.
7. Mail intention and assignment letters to all Special Education Aides (SEA).
8. Keep record of 90 day probation period for SEAs and notify HR when complete.
9. Send HR copies of all in-services for record keeping.
10. Receive resignation letters, separation papers, ID, parking permits and send to HR.
11. Assist Supervisor in day-to-day tasks relating to SEAs.
12. Assist Special Education Supervisors with ABC Camp, SEA Assignment, Payroll Etc.
