IT Help Desk Support
- Provide Technical Support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, including creating, modifying, and disabling accounts in Active Directory.
- Install and configure computers, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Windows/Third party patching.
- Configure and support desk phones and portable phones.
- Manage and track inventory of IT equipment.
- Assist users with password resets, resolve account lockouts, and troubleshoot authentication issues.
- Assist in software deployments.
