Since 2008, I have served as a consultant and considered a trusted advisor for the United States Treasury (TNet). I co-authored the Systems Design Document (SDD) along with updating versions of the current network. The network is a Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS 140-2) which implements a 128-bit encrypted, hierarchical design. One advantage of the network is it takes advantage of the Quality of Service (QOS) which permits Voice over IP (VoIP) or Streaming Data to take precedence over other types of traffic. Once we completed the buildout of the Tnet, I contributed to the success of the account by leading calls that involved spoke sites. My primary task is to lead technical calls where I direct participants, even the IRS, on the tasks that needs executed. I am the technical lead and person of authority of these calls. AT&T was awarded another 12-year contract by the United States Treasury and I feel that my individual contribution helped with AT&T in securing that contract.
