• I take care of call's to fix or repair breakdowns, including but not limited to replacing bearings, installing pumps, line breaks, laser alignment, cutting, welding and working on many different drive systems.

I troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems.

• I have been trained to work around many different chemicals including sodium hydroxide, 50 percent hydrogen peroxide, chlorine dioxide, methane, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid,white liquor, black liquor,and caustic. I have also been trained on LEL and PEL on each.
• On a weekly basis I use micrometer, alignment laser, torque wrench, impact and sheave alignment laser.

On March 15th 2022 I was assigned to a P.M route in kiln area but also assist on repairs and scheduled shutdowns.

I troubleshoot and repair pneumatic systems.

I PM and make repairs on auxiliary engines on lime kilns.

• I PM and oil the trunions.

I performed daily maintenance task to fix or repair breakdowns.

• I performed maintenance work on trim saws, sorter, and stacker.
• My responsibilities were to troubleshoot and repair pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, belt drives, and chain drives.
• I replace different types of bearings ,bushings, and shear pins.

• I was day maintenance in the finishing and shipping department.
• Worked on kickers, floor chain systems, hydraulic systems, also rebuilt and installed hydraulic cylinders.
• Took calls to make repairs.
• I built hydraulic hoses and installed them.

Coordinate between shipping and chillpack to fill orders.

• I was assigned to several different departments. I took calls in the converting department, power house, and pulp mills.
• Worked on will sheeter machines. Changed slitter knives, Worked on automatic carton machines, and adjusted guides for the rolls of paper.
• Some responsibilities included line Breaks, hydraulic trouble shooting, confined space entry, open electrostatic precipator for shutdown work.

• Supervisor over cooler dock.
• Worked closely with other departments to ensure correct and timely orders.
• Hold daily safety meetings and work with USDA to ensure compliance

• Take calls to fix or repair breakdowns.
• Some responsibilities included working on line breaks, coal pulvarizers, soot blowers, turbine generators, and stock washers.
• I replace bearings, build hydraulic and air hoses, measure wear on chain and belt drive systems.
• Install pumps and assist electricians on changing motors, and alignment with a laser.

• Drive forklift and haul veneer from dry belt to core saw.
• After cutting veneer I hauled it to the lay up line.
• I performed daily inspections forklift and core saw.

Mechanical Maintenance assigned to the kilns.

• Job duties include welding up steam leaks, sitting the pitch on fans,and lubricate and replace bearings as needed.
• In May of 2018 I was put in charge of the mills fire protection program.
• I took care of all piv valves ,sprinkler line's, and met with district insurance representatives during audits
• I communicated his recommendation mill maintenance superintendent.

• Work on student line to assemble weedeaters.
• Operated a screw gun assembling housings

• Work at a bowling alley oiling lanes,drilled bowling balls, andand worked on kickers and pin machines.

• Operate CNC lathe to cut busters for land mines under government contract.
• Worked here as a summer job
