As a Software Engineer III and technical lead, I am:

• Responsible of leading development team during planning, design, and development of on going and new tasks, as well as reporting progress to managers and senior leaders.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products on schedule, solving dependencies, presenting ideas and creative solutions to existing problems, trying to keep solutions aligned with company strategy and roadmap.
• Experienced overseeing tasks of team, providing help they need to overcome limitations and meet deadlines.
• Experienced providing healthy work environment among team with well defined tasks and objectives, frequent follow ups to make sure team goes in right direction following agile methodologies which result in fast delivery cycles with high levels of collaboration between team members.

As a lead developer for delivery, I have been responsible of the entire life cycle of the project, from design to deployment, as well as live support taking care of live incidents in high pressure environments. Some of the daily activities of this roll were:

• Creating and maintaining Java based applications running on multiple Jboss servers using maven and Spring frameworks.
• Responsible of supporting backend of web applications with high traffic and critical downtime policy. i.e Kentucky Lottery, Virginia Lottery, Rhode Island Lottery.
• Lead for design, developing and deployment of new requests coming from clients, including requirements refinement, tasks assignment among team, and estimates creation with timelines for management.
• Coordination across disciplines integrating third-party tools and components into our own applications.
• Supervised work of other programmers, assigned tasks and monitored performance against targets.
• Analyzed work to generate logic for new systems, procedures and tests.
• Collaborated with clients to define solution requirements.

As a part of the delivery team, I was responsible of completing the task that were assigned to me on time and with high quality standards. My job was periodically revised by my supervisors building up the knowledge and experience necessary to keep growing as a developer and professional.

Some of my responsibilities were:

• Getting done in time developer tasks in order to meet timelines specified for specific project.
• Being proficient with Java, Spring, Maven, Hibernate, DB2, Unix/Linux, REST, jUnit, SQL, version control.
• Streamlined development processes to increase efficiency and reduce production time.
• Improving and designing more sophisticated test framework to gain coverage and level up the quality of the software delivered.
• Tested and deployed scalable and highly available software products.
• Investigated new and emerging software applications to select and implement administrative information systems.

I designed, installed, configured and maintained entire new environment for Microbio. I used Windows Server to control security and permissions. I also developed internal communication interface as well as their first mobile app using Java for android.

As part of final thesis for Computer Science engineering degree, I collaborated in the prestigious project EHR4CR as Java developer. I was directly responsible of the design and development of the new modules of EHR4CR Feasibility Questionnaire Protocol, Notification System and Statistic System project. My daily work was with Java, Spring Framework, Play Framework, SVN, Maven, Intellij, Eclipse, Netbeans, Tomcat, SQL.

I worked as intern in system administration, as part of my technical studies.
