I work for a general contractor who does commercial and residential hardscaping projects. I am responsible for knowing how to commission water features like pumps, VFDs for water pumps, water actuated valves, timers and irrigation controls. These are third party products which require me to follow procedures and diagnostic manuals.

• I ensure daily operations are performed properly and stay involved with any escalation until completion. Inquiries are received through phone calls, live chat, and e-mail. This is channeled through 6 online domains, Amazon, and eBay.
• I have a thorough understanding of Sales warp, Freshdesk, Volusion, and Shipstation. Shopify and Kibo are other Systems I am also familiar with.
• Since I structured the USPS AND FedEx claims, we have had an overall 80% success rate.
• Standard operating procedure has been outlined to make training more streamlined and consistent. Making core training only take 60 days.
• Being bilingual I ensure that any Spanish speaking customer gets the best support when reaching out.

• Part time interpreter: Interpret for social security and disability cases at several doctor's offices in the county involving physical and psychological analyses.

• Prepare sauces and garnishes, also keep a clean work area to efficiently cook all dishes as they come.

• Part-time position: Daily operations, phones, e-mail, restocking, inventory control, picking, packing, processing, creating pallets, working with shrink, moving pallets, operating pallet jack, and contributing to the overall movement of product to our customers internationally as well as domestic.
