I already have a strong technical foundation and have proven myself as a dedicated and dependable Production Associate at Tesla. With an Industrial Maintenance Technician Certification and five completed courses through Tesla’s Pathway Development Program, I’ve been deliberately building the knowledge and skills needed to advance into a technical role. Over the past three months, I’ve also gained hands-on training and become very familiar with the various components and systems of Optimus, giving me a valuable head start in understanding the robot and its technology. My experience with mechanical and electrical systems, equipment diagnostics, and robotics troubleshooting closely aligns with the START Optimus Service Technician program. I genuinely believe Optimus has the potential to change the world, and having the opportunity to contribute to its development is something I take seriously.
