My Duties as a team member at panda express include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to Panda Express recipes and standards.
• Keeping the kitchen area clean and organized, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring that food storage areas are clean and compliant with health regulations
• Properly disposing of waste and recycling materials as per the restaurant's policies.
• Ensuring that all food items are prepared consistently and to the company's quality standards.
• Adhering to food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure the health and safety of customers.
• Assisting in training new BOH employees on kitchen procedures and company standards.
• Assisting other team members as needed and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
• Properly using and maintaining kitchen equipment and reporting any malfunctions or safety hazards to management.

My duties as a Chick-fli-A Training Leader include:

• Assisting with the development of new hires and team members by training them on proper procedures and protocols.
• Leading a team of employees to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
• To ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times, including resolving any customer complaints or issues.
• Monitoring employee performance and provide feedback on areas for improvement.
• To maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• To make sure every customer leaves with a smile.
