When first hired by Ethos, my tasks and responsibilities as a Technician included component repairs and retrofitting. Enhancing their performance, improving safety, and adaptation to new requirements or standards. Closely working with Vestas site techs also performed 3 month, 6 month and yearly services.

In 2022, got the opportunity to work on the Owner side with Apex as an Owners Rep. Under the guidance of Site leadership and Management learned to do component inspections during deliveries. As well as tracking delivery dates, damages and site activity.

One of my biggest tasks was final Mechanical Walkdowns. Attending punchlist meetings and such. Closely coordinating with the general contractor and it's Quality department. Building and maintaining a strong relationships between all parties collaborating on site. Representing the Customer well in every interaction.

As a Tower Climber and Top Off lead, my tasks and responsibilities included coordinating with ground crew and crane operator. Making sure all correct tools needed for daily tasks were sent uptower. During repower jobs, alongside my tower crew removed and switched out old components. Coordinated with crane operator to ensure safe and accurate new component install. Rotors, Blades, Generators, Hubs and Drivetrains. Followed all platform specific specs torque values and such. Attended page turn meetings for game planning/ getting acquainted with platform e.g. GE, Siemens etc.

Our crew was also responsible for crane breakdowns and crane build, crane move.

As a Roustabout and Rig Hand performed various tasks at different drilling sites. From casing to mixing plant, mud tank cleanout. Rigging up and rigging down, Rig move. Rig down and rig up would be an equivalent of breaking down carnival rides and setting up shop in a different town. Alot of moving parts and heavy lifting. Use of tools such as sledgehammers and pipe wrenches. As a Roustabout crew, our crew was hired by diffrent customers to perform some of the dirtiest jobs. e.g. H&P, Orion Drilling, Nabors Drilling, Merrit Energy.
