Responsibilities were to cut, bend, and run conduit piping. I learned how to route conduit, pull wire,

terminate plc’s, and pdp’s all at this job site. Gained knowledge on how to use a manlift/scissorlift as

well.

Operated hand tools and power tools to support electrical installations and repairs.

Assisted electricians with installing electrical systems, resulting in timely project completion.

Responsibility as a helper was to thread and cut electrical piping and/or tubing for installation as well

as help my journeyman electrician/fitter in any way. Installed fittings and took measurements with the

journeymen to run electrical raceways as per spec drawings.

Learned how to use specific tools such as a ban saw, power pony, 535 conduit threader, and tubing

benders. Additional duties included flag spotting for a JLG manlift from

time to time and maintain a safe workspace for everyone.

Assisted in daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Conducted routine maintenance on machinery, minimizing disruptions and enhancing operational reliability.

• Help with day to day store duties such as
• Deliver car parts to commercial customers
• Keep store organized and clean
• Help customers look for the parts they need
• Install wiper blades and battery's on vehicles

• Help customers find items and provided information for products that they didn't know about. Stocked up inventory when it was received throughout the store.
• Regularly cleaned the displays throughout the store. Ran the cash register and did midnight drops every shift. Would also try to upsell to customers by showing them the intricacies of the product that was there.

• Daily runs to the post office were made to pick up the college mail in a work truck. Accepted packages for the school and did inventory on everything received before they were taken to the respective faculty member that placed the order. Would sometimes make runs off campus to pick up or drop off items for the campus. commutes could range from 30 minutes to up to 2 hours depending on the location of drop off/ pick up.

• Went from classroom to classroom to check and see if students and teachers were wearing their mask and social distancing amongst each other and following school protocol during the covid pandemic.

• Assisted in organizing campus events, enhancing student engagement and participation.

• Kept the warehouse clean when there was not any jobs available for us. Went to various locations such as stores, churches, houses, etc. to set up frames or set glass. Changed oil in the work trucks ever so often when it was needed. Went out of town for work trips to Dallas and Austin.
