Supervised a unit of 30+ cadets leading morning military formation, in which we trained with physical training, teaching military knowledge upholding cadet standards and maintaining discipline and safety.

Maintaining and enforcing safety and security for over 100 cadets during entrance camp. I coordinated closely with statewide cadet medical personnel to support safety for our annual Xtreme Team Challenge (XTC). I oversaw the safety and security standard for more than 600 cadets during XTC, a statewide event demonstrating strong communication, decision making and effective team work.

Responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of regimental operation while ensuring all cadet leaders and staff are fully informed, supported and prepared for anything that may occur. I supervise staff while ensuring I provide mentorship and coaching to strengthen leadership efficiently and all operations are done to the high quality. In this position, I assist in managing and maintaining accountability for over 300 cadets.

Instruct 7th-9th Grade students interested in aviation by providing hands-on guidance in flight simulation training, introducing core aviation principles, and inspiring students to pursue aerospace pathways. E
