· Create and manage team member’s Microsoft's O365 accounts using Microsoft Azure admin center; including assigning licenses such as; F3, E3, Power Bi, etc.

· Create and manage users accounts in Active Directory over several domains for access control such as; Kibana, Grafana, Tableau, Network Shares, etc.

· Image Workstations and Laptops which includes installing company specific software and adding them to the appropriate domain & OU for asset management and access control.

· Map shared network drives and shared network printers.

· Update and create documentation for new procedures.

· Maintain, track, and issue loaner equipment per user request.

· Install and manage Barco Clickshare's and Owl Lab’s meeting cameras in conference rooms.

· Setup and manage MacBooks using Cisco Meraki MDM.

· Physically deploy printers of various brands and manage them across the network via the print server and Infoblox/IPAM; assigning fixed IPs with A records and PTR records.

o Includes setting up SMTP & Fax services.

· Setup and manage all Scala devices in campus lobbies and in Café.

· Install and troubleshoot VoIP phones

· Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues with hardware.

· Configure and support all campus time clocks.
