• Drives club vehicles for the purpose transporting members over scheduled routes and/or to/from schools and special excursions in a club vehicle a in a safe and timely manner
• Attends meetings, trainings. for the purpose of maintaining skills and club and State requirements
• Fuels and washes assigned vehicle for the purpose of maintaining vehicle in a safe & clean operating condition
• Communicates with Club Director for the purpose of conveying and/or receiving information
• Completes driver/vehicle checklist. Performs pre and post trip inspections to ensure the safe operating condition of the vehicle. Reports safety hazards and maintenance needs to Club Director
• While driving practices safe driving by adhering to speed limits and local traffic regulations
• Passenger Safety: Communicates to passengers' safety rules and expected behavior during travel. Insures passenger numbers do not exceed available seats. Observes passengers and enforces safety rules entering/leaving the van
• Prepares documentation (daily mileage, van condition report, incident/accident reports, inspection, disciplinary and positive behavior reports, etc.) for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information.
• Monitors all members during transit for the purpose of maintaining order and ensuring the safety of passengers
• Also, assisting with routine club deliveries and all other duties may be assigned

Responsible for observing, communicating/ interacting with confuse, violent,combative , or suicidal patients with the intent to prevent injury

Assist nursing with basic care functions

Communicate with nurse via designated method of communication , so that immediate interventions may be implemented when need

Observe multiple patients via video monitoring

Provided 1:1 in room monitoring

Safely and efficiently transport patients to and from various areas within the healthcare facility

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while transporting patients, including proper use of equipment and following infection control guidelines

Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff members, ensuring a positive experience for all

Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure timely and efficient patient transportation, including coordinating with nursing staff for patient needs

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including keeping transport equipment properly stocked and sanitized

Demonstrate sensitivity and compassion towards patients, recognizing their individual needs and providing appropriate support and assistance

Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and enhance job knowledge and skills

Comply with all organizational policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by demonstrating teamwork, professionalism, and a strong work ethic

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
