• Responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision of the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Service Facilitators program.
• Provide day-to-day consultation and regular clinical supervision to Service Facilitators to assure effective and quality clinical programming for clients.
• Review cases, assess performance, and provide feedback to Service Facilitators; and supervise and guide Facilitators in appropriate service delivery.
• Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, evaluating, and disciplining of program staff.
• Assist with incoming client referrals and new case assignments for Service Facilitators.
• Maintain data and generate reports necessary for ongoing tracking and reporting of participants.
• Ensure staff follow the crisis procedure and act as a resource for workers in emergency and crisis situations.
• Authorize psychosocial rehabilitative services through CCS.
• Ensure the collaboration of service providers.

· Hire, train, supervise, evaluate and discipline program staff.

· Attend staffings including Case Plan Reviews, Service Review Teams and Transitional Team as necessary.

· Set and monitor employee caseloads.

· Prepare required reports and all other program documentation accurately and on time.

· Act as a resource for workers in emergency and crisis situations.

· Complete the following administrative functions: complete staffing schedules, manage program vehicle issues, and coordinate program activities. Ensure quality assurance through file reviews. Ensure that company policies are followed at all times by employees.

· Provide all of the “Essential Functions” of a Therapist and Parent Mentor.

• Monitored client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet evolving goals and challenges.
• Implemented behavioral modification strategies to assist clients in developing healthier coping mechanisms and daily routines.
• Promoted self-awareness among clients with mindfulness exercises, empowering them to take control of their mental health journey.
