Pollution Monitoring System Using IOT

Pollution is a growing issue these days. It is necessary to monitor the environment and keep it under control for a better future and healthy living for all. Here, we propose an environment monitoring system that allows us to monitor and check the live environment in many areas through IoT. The system uses sensors to detect the presence of harmful smoke/compounds in the air. It constantly transmits this data to the microcontroller, which then reports it to an online server over IoT. The sensors interact with a microcontroller, which processes and sends this data over the internet. IoT-Based Pollution Monitoring System is used to monitor the Air Quality over a web server using the Internet. When the air quality goes down beyond a certain level, indicating the presence of sufficient harmful gases like CO2, smoke, alcohol, benzene, and NH3, it will display the air quality in PPM on the LCD and as well as on the webpage so that air pollution can be monitored very easily. The system uses MQ135 and MQ6 sensors and DHT11 to monitor air quality, as they can detect the most harmful gases and measure their amount accurately.

Health Monitoring Wearable Glove

Wearables are electronic technology or devices incorporated into items that can be comfortably worn on the body. Constant pulse rate measurement is required to monitor a patient's health status. We propose a battery-powered wearable health monitoring system that continuously monitors a patient's heart rate and displays it on a screen mounted on the gloves. A pulse sensor is used to sense the person's pulse and send the information to the Arduino Lilypad microcontroller, which then commands the LCD to display the heart rate in real-time. Additionally, an LED is connected to the controller and blinks according to the pulse. This system will help many people keep track of their health and stay fit.
