Jhonen Ordaz

Over the course of 2 months I oversaw and took care of children at Flowers in the Garden Daycare. Also in my high school years I took electrical courses and can do basic electrical wiring.

From the time I was at the daycare my work ethic was complimented, and presence was appreciated. I was told I was a hard worker, and efficient as well. I do not give up easily and give jobs, school, and hobbies my 100%. I believe the most important thing someone can bring to the table is a strong worth ethic and perseverance, which I intend to bring to any job that hires me. I'm always open to feedback and always willing to change for the best of those around me and myself. I also strongly believe that the respect of others is to be kept as a sacred thing. I will treat my co-workers and anyone that I am under with the utmost respect and appreciation for their assistance in my line of work.

When I was working as a volunteer in Flowers in the Garden daycare, I was able to clean and set up decorations at a very quick pace that allowed for more time for the kids and staff to rest. I also made sure that whenever the kids were napping that I worked quietly to never disturb them because I try to be considerate and respectful of others.
