Designed a high-performance 4-layer custom "Golden Arduino" board from scratch using Altium Designer, including schematic and PCB layout.
Integrated a smart measurement system on the board’s backside to measure Thevenin voltage and resistance of voltage sources or VRMs.
Optimized circuit design with ferrite bead filters, decoupling capacitors, via stitching, and ground planes to minimize interference and noise.
Programmed the bootloader to manage ATmega328 startup and enabled high-density peripheral connections via blind vias.
Tested with 10x probes and an oscilloscope; results showed significantly reduced crosstalk, signal reflection, and voltage noise compared to commercial Arduino Uno boards.
