I had many exchange experiences. When I was year 2, I went to the East China Normal University for exchange. From that experience, I had better understand about Chinese educational system and environment. I also knew a lot of Chinese culture elements, which helps me a lot to make friends. When I was in year 3, I went to the NUS  (National university of Singapore), which is a great university for better study, and I studied very hard in that competitive environment, which made me to be more focused on things I need to do. I also had the experience to work with professors for assistant. during the semester, I had the group program about making project strategy for a local company, which was a great experience for me to better understand the local company culture and what should the company strategy focused on.
