As a Research Protocol Technician, I had many daily tasks that needed to be done. In this position, I had to know how to do AAV production, qPCR, molecular cloning, and overall basic cell culture. As well as effectively documenting laboratory procedures, results, and methodologies in English. I gained more knowledge about lab equipment, biosafety protocols, and a skill to manipulate RNA and DNA.

As a Store Associate, I worked flexible hours, often taking extra shifts to meet business needs. I accurately operated the cash register, handled various payment methods, and maintained a balanced cash drawer. I provided friendly, prompt service, resolved customer concerns, and built strong relationships to encourage repeat business in both the front store and pharmacy. I also supported team efficiency through leadership, problem-solving, and clear communication. As well as being one of the faster learners in pill production in pharmacy.
