Summary

My objective is to become a school administrator. My intention is to transition from a school counselor to a school administrator and continue to support students develop their academic, social, and career skills. My plan is to lead and guide fellow educators as they support their learners. My hope is to engage with families and community members to create an inclusive, equitable,and diverse learning environment. My aspiration is to support schools to become learning environments where all learners, educators, staff, and families have a sense of belonging.
